General Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ANGGGILA VPK
Established on December 21, 2025
Article 1 – Definitions

Angggila VPK: Angggila VPK, located in Eindhoven, Chamber of Commerce number 83799508.

Customer: the party with whom Angggila VPK has entered into an agreement.

Parties: Angggila VPK and Customer jointly.
-
Consumer: a Customer acting as a natural person and not in the exercise of a profession or business.
Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements, and deliveries of products and services by or on behalf of Angggila VPK.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

General terms and conditions of the Customer or third parties are expressly excluded.
Article 3 – Prices

All prices are in euros, include VAT, and exclude shipping or other costs, unless stated otherwise.

Angggila VPK reserves the right to change prices.

Unforeseen cost price increases may be passed on.

Consumers have the right to dissolve the agreement in the event of a price increase, unless this results from legal obligations.
Article 4 – Samples and models

Shown samples, images, and models are for indication only. No rights can be derived from these.
Article 5 – Payment and payment term
-
Payment must be made according to the payment method agreed upon in the agreement.

In case of late payment, Angggila VPK is entitled to suspend its obligations.
Article 6 – Right of reclamation
-
In case of default of payment, Angggila VPK is entitled to exercise the right of reclamation.

The Customer is obliged to return the products concerned immediately.

Costs for return or collection are at the expense of the Customer.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and return

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons.

Exclusion of hygiene products: hygiene-sensitive products (such as socks, scrunchies, hair clips, scissors, and jewelry) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

In case of damage from use or depreciation, Angggila VPK may charge costs.

Return requests must be submitted exclusively by email. Please email info@angggilavpk.com to receive a return form.

Shipping costs and risk of return shipment are at the expense of the consumer. Please note: always ship with track and trace (parcel and not a letterbox parcel).

Damage or missing parts must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt, including photos.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return shipment.

Business customers can only return products after written permission from Angggila VPK.
Article 8 – Suspension (business)

Business customers waive the right to suspend their obligations.
Article 9 – Right of retention
-
Angggila VPK is entitled to retain products until outstanding obligations have been fulfilled.
Article 10 – Set-off

Business customers waive the right to set-off.
Article 11 – Retention of title
-
All delivered products remain the property of Angggila VPK until full payment has been made.
Article 12 – Delivery
-
Delivery takes place while stocks last.

Online orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Article 13 – Delivery time
-
Delivery times are indicative.
-
Exceeding delivery times does not entitle the Customer to compensation.
Article 14 – Transfer of risk
-
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer at the moment of delivery.
Article 15 – Transport costs
-
Transport costs are for the account of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 16 – Storage
-
Any additional costs due to late collection are for the account of the Customer.
Article 17 – Warranty
-
Angggila VPK guarantees that products comply with legal conformity.
-
Warranty becomes void in case of incorrect use, wear and tear, damage, loss, or modifications by third parties.
Article 18 – Use in healthcare context (IMPORTANT)
-
Angggila VPK products are intended as supportive tools and for general information provision.
-
These products do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional knowledge, protocols, or clinical action.
-
The Customer remains solely responsible at all times for correct, safe, and professional use within healthcare practice.
-
Guidelines and legislation may change; Angggila VPK does not guarantee that information is always completely up-to-date.
Article 19 – Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights rest with Angggila VPK.
-
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use products, texts, designs, or content without written permission.

All intellectual property rights relating to products, designs, texts, images, logos, photos, videos, content on the website, and other materials of Angggila VPK rest entirely with Angggila VPK.

The Customer or any third party is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use these rights, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of Angggila VPK.

Infringement of intellectual property rights may lead to legal action, including but not limited to compensation for damages and cessation of use.
-
This provision applies to both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Article 20 – Indemnification

The Customer indemnifies Angggila VPK against claims from third parties arising from the use of products.
Article 21 – Complaints
-
Complaints must be reported by email within a reasonable period after discovery.
-
Communication via social media does not count as an official complaint report.
Article 22 – Customer Liability
-
If multiple persons act as Customers, they are jointly and severally liable.
Article 23 – Angggila VPK Liability
-
Angggila VPK is only liable in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.
-
Liability is limited to direct damage. Consequential damage and lost profit are excluded.
-
The maximum liability is limited to the invoice amount or the amount paid out by the insurance.
-
For Consumers, this limitation applies insofar as legally permissible.
Article 24 – Expiry period
-
Claims expire after 12 months, subject to legal provisions.
Article 25 – Dissolution
-
Dissolution is only possible after written notice of default.
Article 26 – Force majeure
-
Angggila VPK is not liable in case of force majeure.
-
Force majeure includes malfunctions, strikes, government measures, and transport problems.
Article 27 – Amendment of agreement
-
Amendments are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Article 28 – Amendment of general terms and conditions
-
Angggila VPK may amend these terms and conditions.
-
In case of significant changes, the Consumer may terminate the agreement.
Article 29 – Transfer of rights
-
Rights from the agreement are not transferable without written permission.
Article 30 – Nullity
-
If a provision is null and void, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.
Article 31 – Applicable law and competent court
-
Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Eindhoven.
Article 32 – Privacy
-
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Angggila VPK's privacy statement.
